Customer Service Representative

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and communicate with clients across various channels. Collect, organize, and analyze data while working on generating leads and conducting follow-up calls on work invoices. This role requires a minimum of six months to one year of BPO experience and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Candidates must be willing to work mid-shifts, weekends, and holidays while operating independently with minimal supervision.
