Job Summary
Assist customers at the counter with payment questions, service repairs, and sales inquiries while proactively resolving concerns. Handle various administrative tasks, including making calls to customers, and ensure all interactions meet expectations. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, calmness under pressure, and the ability to quickly learn computer systems. You will work Wednesday to Sunday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, and must be prepared for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and standing for long periods. As part of The Warehouse Group, you contribute to end-to-end service delivery across three major brands, offering opportunities to grow within a team focused on helping customers walk away with the perfect product.
