Customer Service Representative for the US Coast Guard National Maritime Center contract. Fully remote, full-time role handling direct telephone, email, and chat support for Merchant Mariner credentialing, requiring rapid understanding of laws, regulations, and processes. Responsibilities include answering and resolving client needs, clearly explaining solutions, active listening, building trust with clients and team members, utilizing software/databases/tools, and maintaining or exceeding call-center metrics while delivering excellent service.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (no experience required) or High school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience
  • Must be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance
