Job Summary
Greet potential members and handle front desk tasks including answering calls, taking info tours, and managing member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates. Facilitate member service issues by communicating concerns to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed while maintaining club cleanliness. Provide a superior customer experience to members, prospective members, and guests through active listening, problem-solving, and diplomatic communication. Requires standing and walking 75% of the shift with the ability to lift 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time. This role supports Planet Fitness - PF Baseline Fitness in delivering exceptional member engagement and operational support.
