Job Summary
Greet potential members, answer phone calls, and assist with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates to drive new member sales. Handle front desk tasks including tours, amenity usage inquiries, and forwarding member service issues to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and ensure a superior customer experience for all guests. This role reports to the Club Manager and requires standing and walking 75% of the shift while lifting up to 50 lbs. Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic

- Basic computer proficiency
