Job Summary
Greet potential members and answer phone calls to assist with questions or concerns. Handle front desk tasks including member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account information updates. Facilitate member services issues by forwarding them to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed. Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club. This role reports to the Club Manager and offers advancement opportunities, free uniforms, and a free membership for the employee and one family member.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
