Customer Service Representative Nights and Weekend

Responsible for new member sales and creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests. Essential duties include greeting potential members, front desk tasks (answering phone calls, taking info calls and tours, assisting with member sign-ups, cancellations, amenity usage, and updating member accounts), handling member services questions and forwarding to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed, and helping maintain club cleanliness. Must demonstrate strong communication, listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and timely escalation skills to ensure excellent customer service and member satisfaction.
