Customer Service Representative Nights and Weekend

Customer Service Representative for Planet Fitness club with nights and weekends shifts. Responsible for creating a positive member experience and driving new member sales by handling front desk tasks such as greeting members, answering questions on calls, coordinating tours, assisting with sign-ups, cancellations, and BCM amenity usage, and updating member accounts. Responsibilities also include addressing member services issues and routing to the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed, ensuring cleanliness and organization of the club, and demonstrating strong communication, listening, problem-solving, and diplomatic skills to exceed customer expectations.
