Customer Service Representative Nights and Weekend

Customer Service Representative at Planet Fitness with Nights and Weekend shifts. Responsible for greeting members, handling front desk tasks, answering questions, taking information calls and tours, assisting with member check-ins and sign-ups, cancellations, and amenity usage, updating account information, and funneling services issues to a supervisor. Requires strong customer service skills, active listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and clear communication to exceed member expectations. Standing/walking for most of the shift and ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to operate basic computer tasks.
