Job Summary
Greet potential members, answer phone calls, and handle front desk tasks including member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates. Facilitate member services issues and assist in maintaining club cleanliness. Provide superior customer service to members, prospective members, and guests while reporting to the Club Manager. This role offers free membership for the employee and one family member or friend, plus comprehensive health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Honesty and good work ethic
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic computer proficiency
- Standing and walking at least 75% of the shift
- Talking in person or on the phone at least 75% of the shift
- Must be able to lift to 50 lbs. less than 30% of the time
