Job Summary
Greet potential members, answer phone calls, and handle front desk tasks including member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and account updates. Facilitate member services issues by communicating with the Club Manager or Team Lead as needed. Maintain club cleanliness and provide a superior customer experience to members, prospective members, and guests. This role reports to the Club Manager and requires strong customer service skills, basic computer proficiency, and the ability to stand and walk 75% of the shift. Employees receive free uniforms, health and dental insurance, and a free membership for themselves and one family member.
Required Qualifications
