Job Summary
Customer Service Representative (Nights and Weekend) at Planet Fitness. Responsible for creating a positive member experience and new member sales by greeting potential members, handling front desk tasks, answering inquiries, taking info calls and tours, assisting with member check-ins, sign-ups, cancellations, and BCM amenity usage, and updating account information. Facilitates member services questions and forwards to the Club Manager/Team Lead as needed. Maintains club cleanliness and demonstrates strong customer service, listening, problem solving, diplomacy, and clear communication skills. Reports to the Club Manager.
