Customer Service Representative Nights and Weekend

Provide customer service to Planet Fitness members and guests, focusing on creating a positive member experience and facilitating front desk tasks. Responsibilities include greeting potential members, answering phone calls, giving information about tours, assisting with sign-ups, cancellations, and BCM amenity usage, updating member account information, routing complex issues to the Club Manager or Team Lead, and helping maintain a clean facility. Key skills include strong customer service, active listening, problem solving, diplomacy, effective communication, and basic computer proficiency.
