Job Summary
Provide basic technical support to customers via email, phone, or other methods; answer calls from the call queue and manage accordingly; Maintain customer contact and shipping information, follow up on part quotes, returns and late shipments, and pursue sales quotes for purchase orders; Process orders within an hour of receipt including upload of sales order packet to the share drive; Follow-up and process SAP Batch transactions; Training provided.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree or High School Diploma acceptable
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- 2-5 years of call center or data center experience
- Experience as intern on related fields is acceptable
Desired Qualifications
- 2-5 years of call center or data center experience
- experience with SAP
