Job Summary
Hospice-focused Customer Service Representative (full-time, remote) handles inquiries/referrals for hospice services, prepares reports, assists with insurance verification and billing-related tasks, and supports Office Managers to ensure timely information for billing, scheduling, and payroll. Works 9am–6pm, with responsibilities including identifying caller needs, diffusing issues, maintaining accurate records, participating in PI/quality assurance programs, and providing courteous, prompt service to patients, clients, and staff. Requires high school grad or equivalent (preferred), proficiency with PCs and standard office software, strong organization and communication skills, and ability to work under pressure. Required Qualifications
