Job Summary
Customer Service Representative role in-office in New Paltz, NY, serving as the front line for HVAC/home services solutions. Responsibilities include engaging customers, qualifying needs, educating on available solutions and promotions, converting inquiries to scheduled in-home consultations, following up on missed calls/leads, and maintaining CRM records. Schedule in-home consultations based on territory and availability, coordinate with sales for smooth handoffs, and manage data transfer into CRM tools (Podium, ServiceTitan). Requires multitasking across phone, email, and text, with strong follow-up discipline and professional communication. Experience in HVAC/home services and familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) highly valued; two years of relevant customer service or scheduling experience preferred. In-office schedule is five days per week with two shift options, standard hours, and reliability during assigned hours.
