Job Summary

Customer Service Representative responsible for resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution. Provides pricing, product information and delivery information to store personnel, takes orders, and upsells where appropriate. Processes warranty claims and RMAs in a timely manner. Records all calls and communications in the business system while monitoring the customer care inbox. Requires excellent customer service, strong Excel skills, quick learner, analytical mindset, multitasking ability, and strong organizational skills. Prolonged sitting with occasional bending/stooping, light lifting (up to 20 pounds), and no phone calls.

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent Customer Service skills with tact, diplomacy, and calmness while interacting with customers and co-workers
  • Above average computer skills, with emphasis on Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to pick up new skills and industry knowledge quickly, with an eagerness to learn more about the company & the reason behind each step of the job
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Communicate clearly via telephone and computer
  • Prolonged sitting, occasional bending/stooping, pushing/pulling and twisting
  • Occasional light lifting and carrying up to 10 to 20 pounds
