Job Summary
Customer Service Representative position at NDX Group Practice Solutions in Sarasota, FL. Responsibilities include answering phones, processing outgoing calls, troubleshooting basic technical issues with doctors, analyzing remakes to resolve issues, maintaining CRM records, scheduling FedEx pickups, submitting new doctors to LMS, assisting Accounting and Sales with pricing, setting up new accounts, and driving customer retention.
