Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative at National Dentex (NDX Albensi Dental Laboratory) in Irwin, PA. Primary responsibilities include answering phones, processing outgoing calls, troubleshooting technical issues (shade, material, poor impressions, missing items), building strong relationships with dental staff, analyzing remakes and ensuring issues are resolved, performing cross-selling and sales calls, updating and maintaining the patient/doctor database, scheduling FedEx pickups and tracking, submitting new doctors to LMS, managing pricing and price lists for ADL and IDA, assisting Accounting and Sales with pricing requests, deciding when to set up new catalogs, setting up new accounts, and focusing on customer retention. Requires reading/writing/speaking English, proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office, clear verbal communication, initiative, listening skills, and attention to detail.
