Job Summary
Respond to basic customer inquiries regarding products, provide quotes, and handle order entry via telephone, fax, email, or walk-in counter. Place customer orders, negotiate sale and purchase prices within parameters, and adjust non-contract pricing to meet competition demands while maximizing profit. Build customer relationships to drive repeat business and maintain appropriate inventory levels by sourcing from branch, distribution center, or supplier stock. Determine cost-effective shipping methods, expedit backorders, and prepare orders for shipment. Handle customer returns and partner with Account Representatives to ensure satisfaction. Requires high school diploma, zero to three years of experience, strong communication skills, and moderate computer proficiency. Located in Centennial, CO, with a salary of $19.89 - $24.88/hour.
