Job Summary
As a Customer Service Representative, you will talk with customers and technicians, act as a liaison between them, and schedule service calls, maintenance, inspections, and membership agreements. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be proficient with computers, and ideally have knowledge of ServiceTitan and Google Calendar. Responsibilities include following up on estimates and quotes, coordinating between customers and technicians, and being available to work late during peak seasons. Experience in CSR and dispatcher roles across service industries (heating, air, plumbing, electrical, or handyman) is valued.
