Tasks include answering phones, data entry into SmartWare, routing and dispatching service calls, notifying customers of call times, maintaining communication with technicians, processing invoices to home warranty companies, inventory management, and handling emails from customers and vendors. The role emphasizes delivering excellent service standards, high customer satisfaction, and effective communication; prior experience in customer service, empathetic and patient interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks are valued. Training and fast track advancement are offered.
