Job Summary
Greet members and potential members upon arrival, check them in, and direct walk-ins. Answer incoming calls within three rings, take messages, and book appointments. Assist members on the floor with FitFix and Cardio machine questions, resolve issues, and sell memberships and amenities. Provide Fit-Fix Starter sessions and complete club runs and cleaning tasks to maintain standards. Handle comments and concerns courteously while attending required learning and monthly meetings. CPR-A & AED certification and Smart Tan certification within three months are required.
Required Qualifications
- CPR-A & AED Certification
- Must be Smart Tan certified within 3 months of employment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Superior customer service skills
- Proficiency in the use of computers
- Previous customer service and sales experience
