Job Summary
Front-desk Motivator at GoodLife Fitness Club in St. Albert, responsible for greeting and checking in Members and Potential Members, directing walk-ins, handling incoming calls, answering questions about FitFix and Cardio machines, and promoting memberships, services, products and amenities. Demonstrates strong customer focus with excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal savvy, and teamwork. Delivers Fit-Fix Starter sessions, maintains club cleanliness, completes required trainings and monthly meetings, and supports exceptional member experiences. Must have CPR-A & AED certification, be Smart Tan certified within 3 months, and possess in-depth knowledge of memberships and club services. Proficiency in computers and prior customer service and sales experience are assets; strong ability to build rapport, manage inquiries, and uphold company culture.
Required Qualifications

- Must be Smart Tan certified within 3 months of employment
