Job Summary
Customer Service Representative (Motivator) at GoodLife Fitness Clubs (Edmonton West Granville) is the front-desk ambassador responsible for greeting Members and Potential Members, checking in, handling calls, assisting on the floor with questions, promoting memberships and services, and maintaining a welcoming, clean environment. The role requires strong customer-service orientation, ability to resolve member issues, knowledge of club services and memberships, ability to upsell products, and commitment to training and attending monthly meetings. Certifications in CPR-A, AED, and Smart Tan are required (Smart Tan within 3 months). Strong interpersonal skills, relationship-building, and computer proficiency are essential, along with prior customer service and preferably sales experience. The position offers a base wage with commissions, a promotional path, and a flexible schedule in a diverse, inclusive workplace with safety and accessibility considerations.
Required Qualifications
