Job Summary
Customer Service Representative (Motivator) at GoodLife Fitness in Edmonton is the first associate Members encounter, responsible for greeting and checking in Members and visitors, handling incoming calls, guiding walk-ins, upselling memberships and services, resolving member questions or issues, maintaining cleanliness, and participating in monthly trainings. Must possess CPR-A & AED certification and be Smart Tan certified within 3 months. Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer-service skills, plus ability to work collaboratively with the team and reflect company culture; base wage $16.50 with potential commissions; annual total compensation estimated between $22,300 and $24,900 depending on hours and performance.
