Job Summary
Customer Service Representative handling inbound calls, scheduling and pricing, and coordinating with technicians to keep service windows on track. Role involves assisting customers with inquiries and service requests, following up with leads and existing customers, entering and maintaining customer data, and performing basic office tasks (filing, organization, payments processing). Requires strong communication, organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and willingness to handle both customer-facing work and behind-the-scenes office duties. Part-time with potential to grow into full-time; occasional weekends. Training and performance-based bonuses available, plus PTO.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office; CRM experience a plus)
