Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound calls to current and early-stage delinquent accounts while addressing inquiries regarding escrow, payment transactions, ARM changes, and payoff requests. Manage emails and voicemails from internal and external customers to ensure quick, effective solutions. Demonstrate technological proficiency by working across multiple systems simultaneously. Minimum of one year mortgage servicing experience required, with Spanish language skills and Black Knight MSP & Collections background preferred. Fully remote position with potential future hybrid model in Plano, TX. Base pay ranges from $20 to $21 per hour plus incentive bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in mortgage servicing
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Candidate must be open to a future hybrid model
- Position is currently fully remote
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish speaking highly preferred
- Black Knight MSP & Collections experience a plus
