Job Summary
Handle inbound and outbound calls to current and early-stage delinquent accounts, ensuring quick and effective solutions for customers. Assist with inquiries regarding escrow, payment transactions, ARM changes, and payoff requests while managing emails and voicemails from internal and external sources. Perform duties in multiple systems simultaneously and address general mortgage concerns and light collections efforts. Requires minimum one year mortgage servicing experience and excellent verbal/written communication skills. Fully remote position with potential future hybrid model.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in mortgage servicing
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Candidate must be open to a future hybrid model
- Position is currently fully remote
Desired Qualifications
- Spanish speaking highly preferred
- Black Knight MSP & Collections experience a plus
