Job Summary
Customer Service Representative role focusing on bilingual English/Spanish communication, cross-functional engagement, and leadership in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities emphasized include sales/support across small business, retail, or call center settings, relationship-building with clients and team members, and effective use of standard software tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). The role requires at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to lead and adapt to changing priorities. Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience as a customer service and sales representative in small business, retail store, restaurant, or call center
- BILINGUAL IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH IS A MUST(Candidates will not be considered if they are not bilingual)
- Strong track record building relationships with clients and team members
- Effective communication and organization skills
- Experience using Word, Excel, Outlook, using a web browser and learning customized software
- Ability to balance a variety of tasks, lead and direct the work of others
- Possesses deep analytical skills and can process information quickly and make decisions in a timely manner
- Strong sense of self and can relate well to challenging personalities; learns quickly and can adapt to changes in time frames, people and situations with ease; remains calm under pressure
