Job Summary
Handle incoming calls, schedule estimates and cleans, return customer calls, respond to customer complaints, and resolve customer issues to deliver high levels of customer service and satisfaction. Experience as a CSR is a plus; Spanish language skills are a plus; a driver’s license is required. Benefits include salary plus bonuses, vacation and holidays, and medical benefits.
