Job Summary
Greet and register all presenting donors professionally while maintaining donor/patient confidentiality. Provide customer service by acknowledging donors respectfully to encourage their return. Observe all safety/OSHA policies, FDA, and AABB guidelines, and accurately complete specific paperwork for directed, autologous, and therapeutic donors. Assist with treatment of donor reactions as necessary, restock equipment, and oversee the refreshment area. Adhere to all SOPs associated with the registration process and perform any other duties requested by the Donor Services Supervisor or Management team. Maintain a neat, clean work space and demonstrate flexibility for irregular hours, including weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
