Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for an aviation services provider. Responsibilities include greeting customers, providing concierge services to pilots and passengers, making reservations, invoicing for services, recording customer preferences, proactive preparation for incoming aircraft, coordinating with line service to meet customer expectations, keeping the front desk and lobby area neat, and communicating customer feedback. Requires strong interpersonal skills, basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, POS), ability to operate a vehicle, and a clean driving record. High School Diploma or equivalent required; entry-level with evening/weekend shift availability; bilingual preferred. Location: Kapolei, HI (on-site).
