Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative needed in aviation services to provide elite level concierge service to pilots and passengers. Responsibilities include greeting customers, making reservations as required, invoicing for services, recording customer preferences in the internal system, proactive preparation for incoming aircraft, providing feedback on service issues, collaborating with the line service team to meet service expectations, maintaining the front desk and lobby area, and ensuring ground services are completed and invoiced. Must be able to operate a motor vehicle with a clean driving record; basic computer skills (including Microsoft Office and POS); bi-lingual preferred; shift work including evenings and weekends; be capable of lifting up to 25 pounds; pass background checks and drug screening. Prior customer service experience in the service industry is preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required; this is an entry-level, non-exempt position with no travel expected.
