Customer Service Representative

Job Summary
Answer customer inquiries via mail, in-person, and telephone regarding account status, product information, and pricing. Process and verify customer orders by entering data into the SAP computer system, generating credit/adjustment memos, and facilitating returns. Maintain customer profiles, enter notes, and complete paperwork to ensure proper order handling. Resolve customer problems and discrepancies tactfully while following up on satisfaction surveys. Attend required meetings and training sessions, and complete reports and special projects. Work in a combination of field and office environments with limited supervision.
Required Qualifications
- Data/Order Entry experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite Excel skills
- Any ERP System Experience
- Regular and prompt attendance in the office
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, and occasionally lift or carry up to 35 lbs
- Combination of field and office environment
- May necessitate working in busy and loud environments
- May be exposed to elements like cold, heat, dust, noise, and odor
- This is not a work-from-home position
- Regular and prompt attendance in the office is required
- Work with limited to minimum supervision
