Job Summary
Customer Service Representative supporting sales, marketing, product and logistics for Mersen subsidiaries and domestic distributors. Respond to customer questions on price, availability, shipment information, and quality concerns; provide production timing to customers/representatives; process shipment errors and issues with RMAs and credits; resolve pricing issues; coordinate with Newburyport and Juarez CCU teams to manage group phone queues and email; ensure compliance with corporate policies and order processing; report to the Newburyport office at least 3 days per week and work from home 2 days per week.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years of Customer Service experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Superior administration and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
