Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for Medical Devices in Warsaw (on-site) supporting Polish and English-speaking clients. Responsibilities include receiving and processing orders by telephone, email, fax, or post; handling customer complaints and conducting investigations; following up on pricing discrepancies with the Sales/Tender teams; issuing credit notes for returns, cross-charges, rebates and price corrections; coordinating with approved couriers for pickup/delivery and investigating claims; performing pre- and post-sales processing (PER) in collaboration with sales reps; invoicing and maintaining accurate master data (customers, materials, prices); participating in product-tracking research when required; supporting quality and sales in Field Safety Corrective Action (FSCA) implementations; ensuring compliance with internal processes (Abbott Quality System) and applicable legislation; office-based role requiring daily presence in the Mokotow office; requires strong communication, multi-tasking, and customer-service orientation.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary school or University degree
- Fluent Polish and English (written and spoken)
- Knowledge of SAP is strongly preferred
- Previous experience in Customer Service or similar would be a strong asset
- Prior experience in international, corporate environment preferred
