Job Summary
Customer Service Representative for Amplar Virtual GP team in Australia. Manage customer inbox inquiries, schedule and coordinate virtual GP appointments, support billing/invoicing and timesheet reconciliation, assist with reporting, data entry, and documentation management, and work closely with clinical teams to keep services running smoothly. Casual role at 13 hours per week with some weekend work. Strong administrative and customer service skills, attention to detail, ability to work across multiple systems, a calm and empathetic approach, and a collaborative, adaptable mindset are required.
