Job Summary
Process routine teller transactions including deposits, withdrawals, check cashing, and transfers while maintaining close attention to detail. Assist customers with account reconciliation, statement copies, check orders, closures, address changes, stop payments, and debit card maintenance. Balance cash supplies at the end of each shift, review transactions for red flags, and refer unresolved issues to branch management. Gather data for compliance reports and support branch audit functions as needed. This on-site role requires a high school degree or GED, one year of customer service and cash handling experience, and a minimum of one year in a banking environment.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year in customer service and cash handling experience in a customer facing role
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a banking environment

Desired Qualifications
