Job Summary
Engage with customers via inbound calls to understand and resolve their concerns, using internal systems to manage accounts and process requests. Identify upsell opportunities using consultative sales techniques and clearly explain products, services, and procedures. Escalate unresolved or complex issues to the appropriate team or manager while ensuring first-call resolution through effective communication and problem-solving. This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to type 20+ words per minute, and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems. Applicants must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
