Deliver Outstanding Customer Service for MCC by serving as the primary contact for assigned customers, managing orders from entry through shipment, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth flow, and proactively communicating updates. Build deep product and service knowledge, support collaboration across the plant, and contribute to a positive team environment while meeting performance expectations for accuracy, volume, and timeliness. Proactively resolve issues, understand the bigger picture of customer needs, and help customers anticipate next steps while maintaining professional service standards for a high-tech manufacturing environment.
