Deliver outstanding customer service for assigned customers, manage each order from entry through shipment while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth progress, investigate customer needs beyond the immediate question, provide proactive updates and solutions, develop a deep understanding of MCC’s products and service model, and contribute to a collaborative plant-wide environment to meet goals.
