Customer Service Representative

Provide warm, engaging interactions with customers, describe services, check orders, and solve problems while processing payments and discounts. Inspect finished garments against quality control standards, assemble and bag completed orders, and scan them to the conveyor. Perform standard opening and closing duties, keep the store clean and tidy, and maintain accurate records of issues. This role requires a flexible schedule and comfort working while standing for long periods.
