Job Summary
Strategic Call Center Manager role leading a Roseville-based HVAC service team: manage staff who book/schedule service calls, develop and refine call scripts to convert calls into appointments, supervise dispatch to align technicians with jobs, train and coach staff to boost booked calls and sales, monitor performance via calls and reports, ensure customer satisfaction, and participate in daily/weekly leadership activities. Requires at least 2 years of call center management experience, strong leadership and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office; ServiceTitan is a plus. Competitive pay starting at $25/hr, benefits, and opportunities to grow within a family-owned HVAC contractor.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of call center management experience
- Proven track record in customer service, ideally in management
- IT competent, specifically Microsoft Office. ServiceTitan is a plus!
- Strong verbal and written communications
- Professional presentation and public speaking ability
