Job Summary

Deliver day-to-day customer support by processing orders, resolving issues, and coordinating logistics across Sales, Warehouse, Transportation, and Accounting to ensure accurate order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing orders and adjustments, resolving complaints, maintaining records, handling inquiries via phone/email, providing product information and pricing, processing returns/cancellations/recalls, generating reports, and supporting cross-functional teamwork. Requirements: high school diploma or equivalent, at least 2 years of relevant experience, bilingual English/Spanish, strong communication and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office. This is a full-time, on-site role in Mira Loma, CA.
