Job Summary
Quote products accurately and deliver timely estimates for customers in the Building Materials division. Manage inventory stock levels and enter incoming orders efficiently while resolving vendor inquiries. Collaborate with the production team to ensure timely order completion and maintain safety standards as a team player. Serve as the call center for the Cottage Grove market, modeling core values to make Lumbermen's the first choice for customers.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma/GED
- Some experience with Distribution & Supply Chain
- 2-5 years' experience in a professional customer service environment
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Friendly, professional demeanor
- Dependable
- Ability to work cooperatively with fellow employee owners
- Ability to effectively move between a variety of tasks
- Ability to productively manage tasks and complete work accurately in a timely manner
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
