Job Summary
Customer Service Representative needed at Lucys Doggy Daycare & Spa Loop 1604 in San Antonio, TX. Responsibilities include greeting clients and their pets, handling client questions about boarding, grooming, and daycare services, scheduling appointments, front desk duties (check-ins/outs, paperwork, vaccines coordination with veterinarians), using kennel software to book and note client/pet profiles, coordinating with grooming and kennel staff, and maintaining a clean front office. Requires excellent communication, a customer-service mindset, flexibility to work evenings/weekends/holidays, and the ability to handle dogs of various sizes.
