Customer Service Representative/ Lot Attendant

Assist customers inside and outside the center with products and services while using smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory. Move and hook up trucks and trailers, then clean and inspect equipment on the lot, including checking fluid levels. Answer customer questions, prepare rental invoices, and accept returned equipment. Install hitches and trailer wiring, fill propane, and drive a forklift. Participate in ongoing continuous education through U-Haul University. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to maintain a good driving record, and availability for weekends and some holidays.
