Job Summary
Provide exceptional in-person and phone-based customer service; explain loan products, terms, and payment options clearly; evaluate vehicles and process loan applications; manage customer accounts and payment processing; perform data entry and maintain records; make courtesy reminder calls as needed; maintain compliance with company policies and applicable laws. Strong emphasis on accurate communication, integrity, and professional interaction with borrowers and customers; bilingual skills are preferred and training is provided for growth within the role.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work full-time schedule
- Excellent communication skills
- Detail-oriented and organized

- Past or preferred experience in customer service
