Job Summary
Customer Service Representative responsible for assisting potential borrowers and current customers with loan products, evaluating vehicles, managing loans and payments, and maintaining regular communication regarding accounts. Duties include in-person and phone-based customer service, explaining loan terms and payment options, processing loan applications, data entry, and ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. In-store role with full-time schedule at our Kenosha, WI location; offered benefits and paid training.
